Do I need a Financial Advisor?
Many of the people we work worth are not financial experts, don't have the time, or simply want the peace of mind that comes with knowing other skilled professionals are looking out for their best interests and helping to avoid major pitfalls along the way.
If this is not you, and you feel confident in your ability to plan for the unexpected while investing your savings in an efficient way that will allow you to reach your financial goals and enjoy a stress free retirement, then a Financial Advisor may not be necessary.
Are you a Fiduciary... and what does that mean?
Anytime you work with us on an advisory fee arrangement, we are required to operate as a Fiduciary. This means we are required to act solely in the best interests of you.
While we strive to always operate in this capacity, it's important to know there are situations where we are not required to by industry standards. This would be in situations where we operate under a commission based arrangement, instead of collecting an ongoing advisory fee. In these situations we still must ensure our recommendations are suitable for your situation, however we are not held out to be Fiduciaries by industry standards.
How do you charge for your services?
Generally speaking, our role is to help you define where you are today, figure out where you want to be, and help you get there cohesively using various strategies, professionals and recommendations to keep you on track.
For this we collect an annual % fee that is paid directly out of the accounts we manage on your behalf.
In some instances, we will receive a commission for our services from the provider we choose - such as insurance products. When this occurs, we will inform you of the arrangement prior to moving forward.
